| Description: | In any Word document output (.UNI) file for any type of closing, in one or more spots where Pac data should appear, the Real°Pac Key or "field code", appears instead. | |
| Resolution: | In Real°Pac, pull down the Utilities Menu, and choose Doc°Finder. Navigate to the Master Document Template corresponding to the output document that has the problem. Choose the OPEN button in Doc°Finder, so as to open and edit this template document inside your Word. Position your text cursor (I-beam) right before the "caret" (^) of the Key that is printing, instead of the data. Now, click on the PENCIL TOOL located on the Real°Pac Toolbar inside of Word. (If you cannot see this special Toolbar, click here for help.) The Real°Pac Key Reviser dialog now appears. Simply press OK. This repairs the Key that was printing in error. Lastly, make sure you SAVE this change in the template (click on Word's DISKETTE or "Save" button on its primary button bar, or pull down Word's File menu, and choose SAVE). CLOSE the document, then CLOSE Doc°Finder. Return to Real°Pac and try printing the document again. If the problem persists, make sure you do not have, under Real°Pac's Print screen, the ADVANCED function to "Keys instead of Data", enabled.
