| Resolution: | Check pulldown menu, Real°Pac|About Real°Pac Word Wizard; verify that "Recognized Real°Pac Applet Path" shown is correct; it may be blank or point to an outdated path; correct path in WIN.INI on user's "Windows Root" directory (c:\Windows or c:\Winnt), edit or create an entry under section [Real°Pac], entry SWarePath={path to enter}, where {path to enter} is the correct path found under the Real°Pac's main desktop pull-down menu entry, Help|About Real°Pac, item "Software path". Save change to WIN.INI. Quit and restart Word. Try again. If it still persists, then contact w/ R&D is necessary. In Word 6 (Office 4.x) thru 9 (Office 2000) check pulldown menu, Real°Pac|About Real°Pac Word Wizard; verify that "Recognized Real°Pac Applet Path" shown is correct; it may be blank or point to an outdated path; correct path in WIN.INI on user's "Windows Root" directory (c:\Windows or c:\Winnt), edit or create an entry under section [Real°Pac], entry SWarePath={path to enter}, where {path to enter} is the correct path found under the Real°Pac's main desktop pull-down menu entry, Help|About Real°Pac, item "Software path".
