| Title: | Word Does Not Show the Real°Pac Toolbar | |
| Keywords: | Word, Toolbar, RealPac2.Dot, Automation | |
| Scope: | All Sites running any Microsoft Office product and Real°Pac | |
| Release: | All | |
| Description: | When viewing the Word window, under any context (whether running Real°Pac at the time or not), the special Real°Pac Toolbar does not appear anywhere. | |
| Resolution: | In Word, pull down the View Menu, and then choose Toolbars. Simply select ("check") the Real°Pac toolbar by clicking on it's menu entry within the Toolbars popup menu displayed. Your Real°Pac Toolbar should now be visible. When installed initially, the default location of this toolbar is to appear on the right-hand side of your main Word window. If, when pulling down the View, Toolbars menus, you do not see Real°Pac as a choice, then chances are your Realpac2.Dot is either not installed, or is installed in a location that Word does not currently recognize as a valid "Startup Template" location. For help with this particular behavior, click here. (This last condition may particularly be applicable for either Windows XP users - Home or Pro, or users running under Windows Terminal Server.) | |
