| Summary: | When installing Real°Pac Office on your Novell Network, you get a Setup Initialization Error message box on your screen, and your installation cannot proceed. | ||
| Resolution: | First, verify/confirm the version of Novell you are running. Both your "Novell Client" and your Novell server need to support long filenames. Filenames longer than 8 characters (in the "8.3" format) will generate this error. Novell Netware Client 32 for Windows 95 and NT should not generate this error. | ||
