| Description: | Real°Pac goes through all the motions to print the document, and Word 2 is launched successfully.. However, Word 2 always prints the same UNI document, regardless of what document was actually sent to print. This UNI is typically the last document that was successfully printed, as requested, before this problem appeared. | |
| Resolution: | If Word 2 was started by user from a "run" (command line) dialog, make sure the command line includes the characters " /n" following the name of the executable. Otherwise, the normal.dot macro is out-of-date and needs to be updated.. | |
