| Description: | Under Novell, every time any document output is printed from Word (thru Real°Pac or any other package) a "banner" page, typically with your network log-on ID information, is printed first. This is typically only one (1) page, but could be multiple pages. In your particular situation, the banner output is not desired and should be eliminated. | |
| Resolution: | In Windows, Start|Settings|Printers, Select affected Printer's icon. Check Printer's Properties dialog; uncheck "Notify" checkbox. | |
