Real°Pac On-Line Support
Category:    Printing Issues

Title: Real°Pac cannot find or locate document message box during Printing
Keywords: Word, Printing, Err=75, Access Denied
Scope: All sites running Microsoft Word
Release: All
Description: When just about to print, a Real°Pac message box appears with the message:
"Sorry * Could not Locate or Open Source Document! (Unexpected DOS Error 75 = Access Denied)".  The document's path is also included, for reference purposes, in this message box.
Resolution: Check to see that the .RTF (Source document) file in question is not set with a READ ONLY attribute. If so, remove it. If this still does not fix the problem, verify that user has sufficient full read/write/scan privileges for the .RTF's folder or path. It is also possible that the document is not physically located where it is supposed to. Finally, the document may be in the right folder, but its definition in the Doc°Set's INI file could be incorrect.  In the latter two cases, after you press OK, you can then test this by specifying the correct path in the dialog box shown, and choosing RETRY.  If the change you made in the path field worked, you can then make that change permanent, through Doc°Finder.
