| Description: | When just about to print within Word, a Word message box appears with a 'Bad File Number, Err=52' message. | |
| Resolution: | In Word, pull down Real°Pac menu entry, and select "About Real°Pac Word Wizard". Verify that the recognized Applet software path is correct. Edit WIN.INI and search for the Real°Pac section. Two entries, 'SwarePath' and 'DocPath' must point to valid Real°Pac paths. Revisit the "About ... Wizard" message box in Word to see that the correction made "stuck". Return to Real°Pac, and resubmit your Print job, which should now work properly. | |
