| Description: | Word 2 does not open at all during a Print job. Real°Pac appears to copy, prepare and send the output UNI document for Word 2 to open and print, but Word 2 does not run. Instead, the Real°Pac Print dialog reappears immediately. | |
| Resolution: | Check the path specified in your site INI file (e.g., 12345.INI). The most common mistake is to name the actual executable file "WINWORD.EXE". Per Microsoft's suggestion several years ago, we distribute Word 2 as the file "MSWW20.EXE". Make sure all path references to Word 2 name this file, and not "WINWORD.EXE". Then, verify that MSWW20.EXE exists on the pre-specified file. If you cannot find the file and need to download it, click here. | |
